History: Kilandria was born and raised in Lexington, KY. Her parents were breeding managers of a smaller racing barn, but Kilandria was more interested in the training aspect. The assistant trainer and an apprentice jockey took Kili under their wing and taught her what they could about the world of racing, which was, of course, quite a bit.

Kilandria met the love of her life, Mr. Waters, in the 10th grade, when he was a senior. They never really dated, because Kilandria, of course, didn't have that much time for a boyfriend, and, frankly, he didn't have much time for a girlfriend. They were both busy in the horse world. They saw each other at basketball games and the like, and struck it off as friends from the very beginning, and although everyone thought there was, there was never anything more between them.

Then, of course, he went off to college, and Kilandria rather regretted not having given him more of her time. She finished school, though, throwing herself all the more into her horses. She never did go to college, much to her parents' dismay. Instead, her future husband had moved back to Lexington, and it wasn't long before they were dreaming big dreams about making a name for themselves in the racing industry. They married when Kilandria was 19 and he was 20, and soon after that, they moved to Kadin, to throw their lot in with the best of them...

Random childhood memory: "I remember my first day of kindergarten. I was terrified, which was something completely new for me. I was always the brave one, even among my brothers, always climbing higher, or doing whatever they were too chicken to do. Of course, school wasn't that bad, but I was still terrified at first."
Random Memory: "The first time Larson let me get into the saddle for a morning workout. It was the most incredible thing. I can't even put it into words"
Random Fact: She hates cats.

Equine Experience: Grew up around horses. Has been both an exercise jockey and a trainer, and still rides some of the barn's horses in races.

History: Little is known of Dicey's history. Kilandria found her wandering the streets of Lexington, and took her in. The dog had a ridiculous fear of humans, and especially men and children, btu for whatever reason, she latched onto Kilandria. It took the young woman a while to get the dog used to everything that went on to the farm, and eventually she did adjust, but she's still extremely cautious and prone to bite if you come at her too fast.
